The charity component of the World’s Toughest Row is an essential piece of the race that requires each team to row for a good cause.

For almost 50 years, Doctors Without Boards, (also known as Médecins Sans Frontières, MSF) has provided humanitarian medical assistance to people affected by conflict, epidemics, disasters, or those excluded from healthcare. Their work is guided by ethics and the principles of impartiality, independence, and neutrality.

It is this worthy cause the Atlantic Arrow will support, and we hope that you will join us!

Doctors Without Borders (MSF) is a private, international organization made up of tens of thousands of health professionals, as well as logistic and administrative staff - bound together by the mission.

The organization’s independence is finances and ensured by private donations – in 2020, 96% of the funds in Switzerland came from private donations.
